SLEEP WELL

Sleep is a natural gift given to the living beings by the God. No one lives without sleeping. The body gets back all the energy that it has spent the whole day only during the time he sleeps. The individual who sleeps well will always be active and brisk as he gets back the sufficient amount of energy that is needed for him for that whole day. Doctors categorized the sleeping hours for different age groups and scheduled them. In an average a normal human being is suppose to have eight hours of sleep daily. . Thus a proper amount of sleep is necessary for a healthy life style.
